烷氧基硅樹脂用量對高強度低密度硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響。沒有添加補強填料的硅酮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠力學(xué)性能差(約0. 2 MPa),沒有實用價值。傳統(tǒng)補強填料能夠顯著提高硅酮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的力學(xué)性能,但往往對于密度影響也比較大。本實驗考察自制烷氧基硅樹脂對于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響,如表所示。
從表可以看出,隨著硅樹脂用量的增加,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的密度變化非常小,表干時間延長,斷裂伸長率逐步降低,硬度增高,拉伸強度呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低的趨勢。首先,硅樹脂與MO-PDMS的原料同宗同源,差異主要在于空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)不同,密度差異不大,因此,添加硅樹脂對于體系的密度影響非常小其次,隨著硅樹脂的用量增加,可反應(yīng)的基團含量增加,需要參與反應(yīng)的濕氣(空氣中的水分)也增加,體系的交聯(lián)密度增加,因此,表干時間變慢,斷裂伸長率降低,硬度增高;再次,隨著硅樹脂用量增加,體系的剛性結(jié)構(gòu)比例增加,拉伸強度逐步增加,當(dāng)硅樹脂的用量大于40份時,拉伸強度反而降低,這主要是因為可反應(yīng)基團之間的空間位阻大大增加的原因_因木牢酷冼怪磚樹脂的用量為40份。
交聯(lián)劑作為橋接MO-PDMS與硅樹脂的過渡鏈段,其結(jié)構(gòu)和官能團的活性很重要。從表可以看出,交聯(lián)劑分子結(jié)構(gòu)中,官能團數(shù)量不同,對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能影響比較明顯,其中,三官的交聯(lián)劑效果比較理想。對于二官交聯(lián)劑,交聯(lián)劑本身的活性較弱,參與交聯(lián)活性不足,體系的交聯(lián)度很低,表現(xiàn)的力學(xué)性能比較差;而四官交聯(lián)劑,由于官能團之間的位阻比較大,不利于橋接MO-PDMS與硅樹脂,因此,最終的力學(xué)性能比三官交聯(lián)劑差。此外,對于結(jié)構(gòu)類似的交聯(lián)劑,烷基鏈節(jié)越長(甲基<丙基<正己基),其分子中官能團的活性越低。從表可以看出,選用丙基三甲氧基硅烷作為交聯(lián)劑,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強度比較好,證明橋接MO-PDMS與硅樹脂的反應(yīng)比較理想。這主要是因為,甲基三甲氧基硅烷活性比較高,更傾向與參與活性較高的MO-PDMS之間的交聯(lián)反應(yīng);而正己基三甲氧基硅烷活性太低,交聯(lián)反應(yīng)活性不足,交聯(lián)密度降低,表現(xiàn)的力學(xué)性能比較差。綜合考慮,本實驗選擇丙基三甲氧基硅烷作為橋接MO-PDMS與硅樹脂反應(yīng)的交聯(lián)劑。http://www.gopifa.com.cn/
