催化劑作為丁基防水嵌縫膠的重要組分之一,其活性對于丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能影響比較大。本實驗考察市售常見的幾種催化劑對于高強度低密度丁基防水嵌縫膠性能的影響。
從表可以看出,無論是有機錫催化劑,還是欽酸醋催化劑,活性較高的,更有利于催化MO-PDMS與硅樹脂的反應這主要是因為體系中存在的可反應基團的活性差異導致的。硅樹脂中的烷氧基,由于空間位阻的關系,反應活性較低,參與交聯反應往往滯后于MO-PDMS,此時,提高催化劑的活性,有利于促進MO-PDMS與硅樹脂之間的反應,因此,表現出較好的力學性能。由于有機錫在環保方面,沒有優勢,綜合考慮,本實驗選擇欽酸醋TYZOR 9000作為高強度低密度丁基防水嵌縫膠的催化劑。
本實驗以三甲氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷為基礎聚合物,自制烷氧基硅樹脂為補強填料,加人交聯劑和催化劑制得高強度低密度丁基防水嵌縫膠,并探討了相關的影響因素,結果表明:
(1)選擇MO-PDMS的粘度為40 000 mPa s時,所制備的高強度低密度丁基防水嵌縫膠的力學性能和施工性能比較優異;
(2)通過考察烷氧基硅樹脂的用量實驗,硅樹脂的添加量對于丁基防水嵌縫膠的密度幾乎沒有影響,當硅樹脂的用量為40份,所制備的高強度低密度丁基防水嵌縫膠的力學性能比較優異;
(3)通過考察交聯劑的種類影響,確定丙基三甲氧基硅烷作為橋接MO-PDMS與硅樹脂反應的交聯劑更合適;
(4)通過對比不同催化劑的影響,確定欽酸醋TYZOR9000作為高強度低密度丁基防水嵌縫膠的催化劑;
(5)所制備的高強度低密度丁基防水嵌縫膠表干時間為30 min,邵爾A硬度為40,拉伸強度為2. 55MPa,密度為1. 02 g/cm3,斷裂伸長率為210,有望解決行業“卡脖子”的問題,滿足各行業對于丁基防水嵌縫膠輕量化的需求。http://www.gopifa.com.cn/
