以高相對分子質量聚醚、4,4-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸a(MDI)以及異佛爾酮二異氰酸醋(IPDI)為原料制備MS密封膠預聚體PUA和PUB，加人填料后制備了一種低模量MS密封膠。探究了不同偶聯劑對MS密封膠黏結性能的影響，優化出PUA與PUB最佳的混合比例，對其耐老化性能進行了系統研究。研究發現，該MS密封膠耐老化性能較好，對建筑基材如玻璃、鋁塑板、鋁材、鋼材等具有廣譜的赫結性能。該MS密封膠的綜合性能為:拉伸強度達到2.7 MPa，斷裂伸長率為880%,剪切強度為2.6 MPa,邵A硬度為400。

建筑領域是MS密封膠產品的主要消費市場之一，據統計，2017年我國建筑MS密封膠總產量為161.9萬t。裝配式建筑是新推行的建筑模式，在建筑預制件之間砧結密封需要大量的MS密封膠，因此，裝配式建筑的推廣給MS密封膠行業帶來了良好的機遇，同時也伴隨著挑戰。建筑用MS密封膠要求硬度低、強度高、抗老化性能好、豁結力強、低模量等。MS密封膠固化后無毒，是公認的環保型MS密封膠，且MS密封膠性能可調，可適用于不同場合的豁結密封。

目前，單組分濕固化MS密封膠主要應用于汽車風擋玻璃的茹結密封，在建筑市場的占有率較少。針對建筑市場MS密封膠的性能指標，開發出高性能的建筑用MS密封膠意義重大。本課題目的是開發一種低模量的建筑用MS密封膠，以高相對分子質量的聚醚為原料，通過合理的分子設計及配方優化提高其耐老化性能，以達到建筑用MS密封膠的要求。http://www.gopifa.com.cn/
